RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. Announces Its Eighth Consecutive Annual Increase in Quarterly Dividend
PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 2003--The Board of
Directors of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:RNR) today voted to
increase the Company's quarterly dividend to $0.15 per share on its
common stock, from $0.142 per common share.
The Company has increased its dividend during each of the eight
years since its initial public offering. The dividend is payable on
March 17, 2003 to shareholders of record on March 3, 2003.
