NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 16, 2006--The Board of Directors of Applera Corporation today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 4.25 cents per share on Applera Corporation - Applied Biosystems Group Common Stock (NYSE:ABI). The dividend is payable on January 2, 2007 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 1, 2006.
