Jones Apparel Group, Inc. Announces Appointment of Anita Britt to Executive Vice President Finance; Appointment of Efthimios P. Sotos to Senior Vice President and Treasurer; Appointment of Joseph Donnalley to Senior Vice President Corporate Taxation and R
BRISTOL, Pa., May 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wesley R. Card, Chief
Operating and Financial Officer of Jones Apparel Group, Inc. (NYSE: JNY),
today announced the appointment of Anita Britt to Executive Vice President
Finance. In this capacity, Ms. Britt will assume responsibility for all
financial activities of the Corporation and will continue to manage Investor
Relations. Ms. Britt has been with Jones Apparel Group since 1993, most
recently serving as Senior Vice President Finance and Investor Relations.
Efthimios P. Sotos has been appointed Senior Vice President and Treasurer
of Jones Apparel Group. Mr. Sotos began with the Company as Assistant
Treasurer of the Nine West Group in 1995, and most recently held the position
of Corporate Vice President and Treasurer of Jones Apparel Group.
Joseph Donnalley has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice
President Corporate Taxation and Risk Management. Prior to joining Jones
Apparel Group in 1995, Mr. Donnalley was Vice President Corporate Taxes for
PNC Bank, N.A. Mr. Donnalley previously held the position of Vice President
Corporate Taxes and Risk Management with Jones Apparel Group.
The appointments of Ms. Britt, Mr. Sotos and Mr. Donnalley are in
recognition of their valuable contributions to the success of Jones Apparel
