Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. Increases Cash Distribution RateHOUSTON, Jan 15, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Enterprise GP Holdings L.P., (NYSE:EPE) announced today that the
board of directors of its general partner declared an increase in its
quarterly cash distribution rate to partners to $0.41 per unit, or
$1.64 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be
paid on February 8, 2008, to unitholders of record as of the close of
business January 31, 2008. This distribution represents a 17 percent
increase from $0.35 per unit declared with respect to the fourth
quarter of 2006.
Enterprise GP Holdings has increased its quarterly cash
distribution rate to partners every quarter since its initial public
offering in 2005, or ten consecutive quarters for a total increase of
64 percent.
Enterprise will announce its earnings for the fourth quarter and
year 2007 on Monday, February 11, 2008, before the New York Stock
Exchange opens for trading. Following the announcement, the
partnership will host a conference call at 9 a.m. CST with analysts
and investors to discuss fourth quarter and annual earnings results.
The call will be broadcast live on the Internet and may be accessed at
the partnership's website, www.enterprisegp.com.
To access the webcast, participants should visit the "Investor
Resources" section of the partnership's website at least fifteen
minutes prior to the start of the conference call to download and
install any necessary audio software. A replay of the webcast will be
available for one week following the conference call and can be
accessed one hour after the completion of the call.
