HOUSTON, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ANR Pipeline Company, a subsidiary of El Paso Corporation (NYSE: EP), today announced that it has extended the expiration of the tender offer relating to ANR's 8 7/8% Notes due 2010 (CUSIP No. 001814 AV 4) from 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 12, 2007 to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 14, 2007. ANR does not currently intend to further extend the expiration date of the tender offer.

In connection with the tender offer, ANR has retained Goldman, Sachs & Co. to serve as the dealer manager and Global Bondholder Services Corporation to act as information agent.
