El Paso Corporation Reports Developments on Macae ArbitrationHOUSTON, Nov 30, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- El Paso Corporation (NYSE: EP)
reported today that an international arbitration panel has postponed its final
ruling on El Paso's dispute with Petrobras over the validity of its contracts
at the Macae power project. The panel will continue consideration of issues
not yet resolved during proceedings held earlier this year. A final ruling is
not expected until some time in the first half of 2006.
