El Paso, which joined the STAR Program in 1993, received the award at the organization's annual conference in Houston today. The award recognizes El Paso's continued dedication to reducing methane emissions, identifying and implementing innovative emission-reduction practices, and supporting Natural Gas STAR Program outreach activities.
