El Paso Energy Corporation Declares Third Quarter 2000 DividendHOUSTON, TEXAS, October 26, 2000—The Board of Directors of El Paso Energy Corporation (NYSE:EPG)
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.206 per share on the company's outstanding
common stock. The dividend will be payable January 2, 2001 to shareholders
of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2000.
Outstanding shares of common stock as of September 30, 2000 were 239,505,461.
