El Paso Corporation Declares Quarterly DividendHOUSTON, TEXAS, February 18, 2005—The Board
of Directors of El Paso Corporation (NYSE:EP) today declared a quarterly
dividend of $0.04 per share on the company's outstanding common stock.
The dividend will be payable April 4, 2005 to shareholders of record as of the
close of business on March 4, 2005. Outstanding shares of common stock entitled
to receive dividends as of December 31, 2004 were 644,580,108.
El Paso Corporation provides natural gas and related energy products in a safe,
