HOUSTON, Mar 6, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- El Paso Corporation (NYSE: EP) announced today that it agreed to sell all of the outstanding shares in Enerplus Global Energy Management Company to Enerplus Resources Fund (NYSE: ERF; Toronto: ERF.UN) for approximately US$32 million, subject to customary adjustments.
