Dynegy to Announce 2009 Annual and Fourth Quarter Results on February 25HOUSTON, Feb 01, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Dynegy Inc. (NYSE: DYN) today announced that it plans to report 2009 annual and fourth quarter financial results before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, February 25, 2010. In connection with the announcement, Dynegy Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce A. Williamson and members of the company's senior management team will discuss results during an investor presentation to be web cast live beginning at 10 a.m. ET/9 a.m. CT on February 25.
The listen-only web cast on February 25 can be accessed via the "Investor Relations" section of the company's web site at http://www.dynegy.com. For persons unable to listen to the live web cast, the call will be archived and available for replay in the previously mentioned section of the company's web site for a one-year period.
