HOUSTON, Apr 18, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN) will present a live web cast of its annual meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, May 17, 2006, beginning at 10 a.m. CT. At the meeting, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bruce A. Williamson, President and Chief Operating Officer Stephen A. Furbacher and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Holli C. Nichols will review the company's accomplishments during the past year and discuss how Dynegy has emerged from a multi-year restructuring program to a new focus on running and growing its power generation business.
