Jones joins Dynegy from Vastar Resources, Inc. where she held a senior position in Human Resources with responsibility for design, implementation, and administration of all of the company's compensation and benefits programs. Prior to joining Vastar, Jones served as a human resources consultant for ARCO.

Jones holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Southern Methodist University. She received her Certified Compensation Professional designation from the American Compensation Association.
