Arrow Electronics Completes Acquisition of LOGIX S.A.MELVILLE, N.Y., Jun 02, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) announced that it has completed
its previously announced acquisition of LOGIX S.A. ("LOGIX"), a
subsidiary of Groupe OPEN and a leading value-added distributor of
midrange servers, storage, and software in Europe with approximately
$700 million in 2007 sales.
